SEND Leader Teacher - ARP Class (Autism Resource Provision) - Brent Location: Brent (calm, well-connected urban setting) Start: September 2025 Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Inner London MPS 2-5 + SEN Allowance (£2,679-£5,285) + potential TLR (£9,782-£16,553) Agency: SANZA Teaching Agency Join a School Where Inclusion Leads Everything This is a two-form-entry mainstream primary with a dedicated Autism Resource Provision (ARP). Classes are intentionally small-8-10 pupils with three adults per class-so you can deliver precision teaching that changes outcomes. The school follows the National Curriculum and is on a whole-school journey towards deeper, evidence-based inclusion.
