Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant – SEMH School (Full-Time, 5 Days per Week)

I C Talent is recruiting for an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to work full-time (Monday–Friday) in a specialist SEMH school in St Neots.
About the School:
The school is a specialist Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) provision for pupils aged 11–16. All students have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and present with a range of SEND needs, including cognition and learning, communication and interaction, autism (where SEMH is the primary need), ADHD, and medical needs. The setting offers small classes and a structured, supportive environment focused on emotional regulation and personalised learning.
The Role:

Provide 1:1 and small group support
*
Support students with SEMH and additional SEND needs
*
Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation
*
Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff
Requirements:

Essential: Previous SEMH experience
*
Experience supporting SEND students
*
Strong behaviour management skills
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply and pay for one
