SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Haringey

🕒 Hours: Full-time
💷 Pay: £85-£104 per day

Empowering Learning is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support young adults with SEND needs in a vibrant Sixth Form College setting.
We're particularly interested in individuals with a strong background or interest in IT, Art, or Business, who can engage and support learners in these areas.
The Role:
Provide dedicated classroom support to students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Support pupils with a variety of needs, including autism, severe learning difficulties, and physical/sensory impairments.
Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment that encourages learning and personal growth.
Requirements:
Right to work in the UK.
Qualifications in IT, Art, or Business Studies.
GCSEs in Maths and English.
Previous experience working with individuals with SEND.
A valid DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
