Location: Various Schools (Secondary & All-Through) in Milton Keynes/ across Buckinghamshire 
Contract Type: Short-Term and Long-Term Placements Available

Here at PK Education we are proudly recruiting SEND Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work across a range of specialist SEND settings and mainstream schools with dedicated SEND departments. These opportunities include both short-term and long-term placements, offering flexibility while gaining valuable experience in supportive educational environments.

With a particular focus on supporting pupils from Key Stage 2 upwards, you will play a vital role in helping students with additional needs access learning, build confidence, and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
- Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning strategies and differentiated activities.
- Support students with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.
- Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment.
- Encourage independence, engagement, and social development.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff.
