SEND Learning Support Assistant
Primary & Secondary - SEND
Based in Camden
Full-Time
Daily Rate - £104 to £110Empowering Learning Ltd is currently recruiting skilled SEND Teaching Assistants for a well-regarded school in Camden, London. We are looking for dedicated individuals with experience supporting students with special educational needs, particularly those with autism, PMLD, and complex needs. The school places a strong emphasis on providing high-quality support, both educational and personal, to help students succeed. You will play an important role in fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. To be successful for this role you must:
Bring passion, enthusiasm, and a commitment to working in SEND learning environments.
Have knowledge and experience with SEND students or a solid background in supporting individuals with autism, PMLD, or other disabilities.
Possess experience in the education or care sector, supporting either adults or children.
Be prepared to provide personal care to students.
Make a meaningful contribution to the students' learning journey.Job Responsibilities:
Assisting students in the classroom both individually and in groups.
Supervising children inside and outside the classroom.
Be prepared to provide personal care as needed.
Encouraging and supporting students in their learning.
