The Ideal Candidate Will:
Be a qualified teacher with experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 (GCSE level)
Demonstrate outstanding classroom practice and high expectations for all pupils
Show deep understanding of SEN and behaviour management strategies
Be calm, reflective, and confident in managing challenging behaviours
Inspire and motivate through subject passion and creativity
Promote restorative, inclusive and therapeutic approaches to education
Be committed to continuous professional development and collaboration
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, engaging Maths lessons with a strong emphasis on personalised learning
Foster a safe, respectful and stimulating learning environment
Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure holistic student development
Contribute to enrichment activities, PSHE, and the wider school life
Uphold the highest standards in safeguarding, wellbeing and academic achievement
