The ideal candidate will have:
QTS / QTLS (Qualified Teacher Status) – ECTs are warmly welcomed
Experience teaching within a Primary SEND setting or a strong passion for SEND education
Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
A compassionate and flexible approach to learning and teaching
