The role:
Full-time class teaching in a specialist SEND setting
Supporting pupils with a range of needs including Autism, SEMH, and communication difficulties
Working alongside TAs, therapists, and SENCOs to personalise learning
Tracking progress and adapting plans to meet individual EHCP goals
You’ll need:
✔️ UK QTS (or completing your PGCE this summer)
✔️ Passion for SEND and inclusive teaching
✔️ A patient, proactive, and nurturing approach
✔️ Flexibility and resilience—plus a good sense of humour!
