Key Responsibilities
* Lead on the review process for EHC Plans, ensuring compliance with the SEND Code of Practice.
* Liaise with families, schools, and multi-agency professionals to gather and share information effectively.
* Identify and address any gaps or changes in provision, updating plans where necessary.
* Ensure all statutory timescales are met and documentation is accurate and up to date.
* Contribute to service improvement by supporting best practice within the SEND Review Team.
* Support commitment to delivering person-centred and outcome-focused SEND services.
Requirements
* Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice (2015).
* Experience working within a Local Authority SEND Team.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage a varied caseload and meet statutory deadlines
