Job Description
Aspire People are seeking **SEND/SEMH Teaching Assistants** to support primary schools across multiple year groups. This role is perfect for candidates looking for **flexible work**, opportunities across different Key Stages, or a pathway into long-term SEND support positions.
**The Role May Include:**
* Supporting pupils with SEMH, ADHD, ASD, and other learning difficulties
* Delivering 1:1 or small-group interventions

* Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies to implement support plans
* Monitoring and recording progress, behaviours, and achievements
**Requirements:**
* Recent experience working with SEND or SEMH pupils (school-based preferred)
* Calm, empathetic, and adaptable approach
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to support across different year groups
