The Role
You’ll be supporting students with a variety of additional needs—ranging from autism and ADHD to complex physical or sensory impairments—helping them thrive both academically and emotionally in a nurturing environment.
You’ll need:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✅ A strong understanding of SEND strategies and inclusive practice
✅ A creative, adaptable and compassionate approach
✅ Experience working in SEND settings or mainstream with SEND students
