What You'll Do as SEND Specialist Teacher
Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons to students with a range of SEND needs.
Develop and implement personalised learning plans and EHCP targets.
Work closely with support staff, parents, and external agencies.
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture that celebrates diversity.
Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to students and stakeholders.
Promote emotional well-being, resilience, and life skills.
What You Bring as SEND Specialist Teacher
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience working with SEND students in a school setting.
Strong understanding of SEND strategies, interventions, and legislation.
Excellent communication, empathy, and behaviour management skills.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all learners.

Have the right to work in the UK.
Provide an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from the last 2 years.
Hold an enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one.
