We are seeking a compassionate, proactive, and committed SEND Teaching Assistant to join The Internal Resource Provision – a specialist provision attached to our school that supports pupils with complex needs.
The Internal Resource Provision
The Internal Resource Provision is a purpose-designed provision that follows the No Boundaries curriculum, tailored to meet the individual needs and interests of each child. Our curriculum focuses on developing:

The Role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

Work closely with children with a range of complex needs on a 1:1 or small group basis.
*
Support the planning and delivery of the No Boundaries curriculum.
*
Foster independence and help pupils to develop essential life skills.
*
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to learning.
*
Provide emotional and behavioural support tailored to each child’s needs.

Has experience working with children with SEND, particularly complex needs (desirable but not essential).

Is calm, patient, and adaptable.

Can build strong, trusting relationships with children and staff.
