A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Ealing is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join their specialist ARP (Additional Resource Provision). This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to children with additional needs in a supportive, well-resourced environment.
About the Role
Lead teaching and learning within the school's ARP, supporting pupils with a range of SEND (commonly ASD, SLCN or MLD depending on the unit)
Plan, deliver and adapt lessons to meet pupils' individual EHCP targets
Work closely with a skilled team of support staff, SENCO and therapists
Use a range of strategies and interventions to support communication, social development, emotional regulation and academic progress
Maintain strong relationships with families and external agencies
Ensure the ARP remains a safe, nurturing and structured learning environment

What We're Looking For
A qualified teacher with QTS
Experience working with SEND pupils, ideally within an ARP, special school, or small-group provision
Strong understanding of ASD, SLCN or other common primary needs
Ability to differentiate effectively and use personalised approaches
A patient, resilient and nurturing practitioner with strong behaviour management
Passion and commitment to inclusive education and helping pupils achieve their full potential
