You'll support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them grow in confidence as well as in the classroom. What you'll be doing No two days are the same, but you can expect to: Plan and deliver lessons that meet individual learning needs Adapt teaching for pupils with ASD, SEMH, PMLD and other complex needs Build positive relationships where trust comes first Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, therapists and wider school teams Create calm, structured classrooms where pupils can thrive Support both academic progress and emotional wellbeing Every child learns differently.
