About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated SEND Teacher to join our specialist SEN school in Southwark. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed professional to work in a nurturing and inclusive environment, supporting children and young people with a range of special educational needs.
As a SEND Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering an engaging and personalised curriculum, helping pupils develop both academically and socially. You will work closely with a supportive multi-disciplinary team, including teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals, to ensure each pupil receives the best possible education and care.
What We Are Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS (Essential).
* Experience working with children and young people with SEND, including Autism (ASC), Speech and Language Needs (SLCN), and Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD).
* Ability to differentiate lessons to meet diverse learning needs.
* Strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing approach.
* A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* A commitment to promoting inclusion and supporting each pupil’s individual development.

* Foster a nurturing atmosphere that promotes social and emotional development among students.
* Collaborate with other educators and specialists to enhance learning experiences.
