SEND Teacher – Secondary – Birmingham

As a SEND Teacher, you’ll lead small, well-supported classes of no more than 10 students, with the backing of experienced Teaching Assistants and a leadership team that understands and values the work you do. Responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to a wide range of needs.
Creating a safe, structured, and supportive classroom where students feel valued.
Working closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and families to ensure consistent support.
Encouraging personal and social development alongside academic learning.
Promoting positive behaviour strategies and celebrating individual achievements.The ideal candidate will have:
QTS and experience teaching in a SEND or secondary setting (desirable but not essential).
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for helping young people succeed.
