We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed SEND Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school in Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEND) and helping them to reach their full potential.
The Role
As a SEND Teacher, you will work with pupils with a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties. You will plan, deliver, and adapt engaging lessons tailored to individual learning styles and requirements within a dedicated SEND environment.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience teaching pupils with SEND (essential).

Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills.

A patient, proactive, and adaptable approach.
