SEND Teacher – Special School – Coventry
Are you a passionate and creative SEND Teacher who thrives on helping pupils reach their full potential? A welcoming and well-resourced special school in Coventry is seeking an enthusiastic SEND Teacher to join their dedicated team, teaching pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and complex communication needs. As a SEND Teacher, you will plan and deliver tailored lessons that are engaging, inclusive, and accessible to all learners. Job Role:
Teaching small groups of pupils with a range of SEND, ensuring all learning is differentiated and engaging.
Creating a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes learning and well-being.
Working closely with a team of Teaching Assistants and specialist staff to meet pupils’ individual needs.
Building strong relationships with pupils, families, and external agencies.
Supporting the development of social, emotional, and communication skills through creative approaches.
