Your Role:
Support children with ASC, SLD and complex learning needs in both classroom and 1:1 settings.
Work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to follow EHCP targets and personalised learning plans.
Encourage social and emotional development through patience, positivity and consistency.
Contribute to a nurturing, inclusive learning environment that celebrates every child’s achievements.
We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 months’ experience in a UK school or SEND setting.
Experience supporting children with Autism or complex needs.
A calm, proactive and empathetic approach.
Ideally Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience).
