Location: Maidstone, Kent
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)?
We’re working in partnership with a large, vibrant specialist school in the Maidstone area that supports pupils aged 4–19 with Profound, Severe and Complex Needs, including Autism and sensory impairments. The school provides an inspiring and inclusive environment where every learner is valued and supported to reach their full potential.
We’re currently recruiting SEND Teaching Assistants to join their friendly and supportive teams across multiple sites.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting pupils with a range of learning, sensory and communication needs.
* Working closely with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised education plans.
* Assisting with sensory activities, communication support and behaviour management.
* Encouraging independence and helping pupils achieve their individual goals.
* Promoting inclusion and positive learning experiences for all pupils.
What we’re looking for:
* Enthusiastic, caring and patient individuals who are passionate about SEND education.
* Experience working with children or young people with additional needs (desirable).
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new approaches and strategies.
