As a key member of our SEND department, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure that every student-whatever their needs-has the opportunity to succeed.
What You'll Do:
Support students with a range of special educational needs, both in and out of the classroom.
Assist teachers in adapting learning materials to meet individual needs.
Provide one-to-one and small group support to help students achieve their learning goals.

What We're Looking For:
Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a school or SEND setting.

Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or SEND-related qualification) are desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
