SEND Teaching Assistant
Milk Education are recruiting for a SEND Teaching Assistant for a mainstream Primary School in the Liverpool area (L5), to work on a long-term basis starting in November. This is a school, who prides itself on being happy and caring, with high standards of attainment and behaviour.

SEND Teaching Assistant Role & Responsibilities:
* Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
* Support pupils consistently on a 1:1 basis whilst responding to their individual needs
* Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate
* Deliver catch-up sessions
SEND Teaching Assistant Non-negotiables:
* Must have recent/relevant experience working (or personally) with children and young people, specifically those with SEND.
* Must have a passion for education
* Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
* Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher
