Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant Location: Enfield, North London Start Date: January 2026 Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Salary: £95 - £130 per day (PAYE, DOE) SEND Teaching Assistant - Specialist SEMH School, Enfield Are you passionate about helping young people with additional needs thrive in education? Tradewind Recruitment are working with a specialist SEMH school in Enfield, seeking a dedicated and empathetic SEND Teaching Assistant to join their dynamic team from January 2026. This forward-thinking school caters for pupils aged 5-16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism and associated learning difficulties. The school's ethos is centred on building trust, understanding, and emotional safety - creating a space where pupils are truly heard and supported. With a curriculum grounded in creativity, structure and therapeutic practice, every member of staff plays a key role in helping pupils achieve success both academically and personally.
