Job Description
Prospero Teaching is looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school near Tidworth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping children with Special Educational Needs achieve their full potential.
About the Role:
Supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs, both 1:1 and in small groups
Working closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored support
Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Assisting with classroom tasks and behaviour management
Immediate start available
Requirements:
Experience supporting children or young people with SEND (school-based or transferable experience)
A patient, nurturing, and resilient approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to commit to the role on a full-time basis
A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
