Special Needs Teaching Assistant - Complex Needs (Primary)
Location: Swinton, Salford
Start: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only
We are looking for:
A caring, patient and committed individual
Experience in SEND or care settings (school experience desirable)
Someone able to support children with complex needs including ASD, communication difficulties, sensory and physical needs
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
Helping deliver personalised learning programmes
Using SEND strategies such as visual supports, sensory tools and communication systems
Encouraging independence, engagement and emotional regulation
Working closely with teachers, therapists and families
