Comfortable working 1:1 or in small groups to provide personalised support
Confident in promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Eager to develop professionally and expand their knowledge of SEND
Flexible and able to adapt to different school settings and student needs
Team players who are proactive and dependablePrevious experience is a bonus, but not essential - we welcome those with the right mindset and a genuine desire to make a difference.
