Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant

About the Role:
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping children with additional needs access learning and thrive in a supportive environment. Your day-to-day duties will include:
Working alongside class teachers to deliver tailored learning support
Assisting with the implementation of EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans)
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to develop academic and life skills
Encouraging emotional well-being, independence, and positive behaviour
Helping to create an inclusive, engaging, and nurturing classroom atmosphereWhat We Offer:

A degree in any subject (essential) - psychology, education, or similar fields are a strong advantage

A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
