• Experience supporting children in a school or similar setting
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• A calm, encouraging manner and a child-centred approach
• Flexibility and a proactive attitude to meet diverse needs
In This Role, You Will:
• Work mainly in Year 2, supporting two children with additional needs
• Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions
• Assist with whole-class activities as needed
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to provide tailored support
• Take part in the wider life of the school, including events and activities
