SEN Teaching Assistant - Immediate Start - Bromley - Full-Time, Long-Term
Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistants to join welcoming and inclusive mainstream secondary schools in Bromley. This full-time, long-term role is to start immediately and offers a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact supporting students with Special Educational Needs.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with teaching staff to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of SEND needs, helping them to access the curriculum and reach their full potential. The role will involve both in-class support and one-to-one interventions, requiring patience, empathy and excellent communication skills.
We are looking for candidates with:
Previous experience working with children or young people
Experience supporting students with SEND (e.g. ASD, ADHD, learning difficulties)
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service
A genuine passion for supporting inclusive education
