Classroom Support are working exclusively with outstanding All-Through, Primary, Secondary and SEND Schools in the London Borough of Greenwich, recruiting for multiple SEND TA roles to start this September.
What You’ll Gain:

Role Overview:
* Support students 1:1 and in small groups

Work closely with Class Teachers and the SEN team
*
Assist in delivering tailored learning activities
*
Use sensory spaces and specialist resources
*
Contribute to Education, Health & Care Plan (EHCP) goals
*
Monitor and encourage progress, independence, and confidence
Who We're Looking For:

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude

Experience with children (in any setting) is beneficial but not essential
