What You’ll Be Doing
*
Supporting children with a variety of needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social/emotional challenges.

Working 1:1 or in small groups to encourage confidence, engagement, and progress.

Adapting resources and strategies to meet pupils’ individual needs.
*
Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
*
Celebrating every achievement — no matter how big or small.
What We’re Looking For
*
Experience supporting children (in a school, childcare, or similar setting).
*
An understanding of SEND or the willingness to learn.
*
Patience, empathy, and resilience.
*
A positive, team-focused attitude.
*
Relevant qualifications (desirable, but not essential).
