SEND Teaching Assistant – North Tyneside (1:1 Support Role)
Salary: £444.60 – £475 per week
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

A primary school in North Tyneside is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to provide full-time 1:1 support for a Year 3 pupil joining after October half-term. Key Responsibilities
Provide full-time 1:1 support to a Year 3 pupil with additional needs
Build a positive, trusting relationship while maintaining firm boundaries
Deliver tailored learning plans and interventions
Encourage independence, communication, and social skills
Create a calm, structured, and supportive classroom environment
Work closely with the class teacher, school staff, and external specialists
