Part-Time SENDCO - Sheffield

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced, passionate, and highly organised SENDCO to join a warm and inclusive school community in Sheffield on a part-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a SEND professional who wants the flexibility of supply without compromising on the chance to make a meaningful impact. About the Role
Part-time SENDCO post in a well-regarded Sheffield school
Oversee and coordinate SEND provision across the setting
Work closely with teachers, support staff, parents, and external professionals
Lead on EHCPs, interventions, and inclusion strategy
Provide guidance and coaching to staff to ensure high-quality provision for all learners with SEND

Who We're Looking For
A qualified teacher with the Nationally recognised SENDCO qualification, or significant SEND leadership experience
A professional with strong interpersonal skills and a child-centred approach
Someone who thrives on collaboration and is confident working with families and external agencies
A SEND specialist who can quickly slot into a school's existing systems and add immediate value
