In this permanent role, you will be the driving force behind ensuring that every student, regardless of their unique needs, receives the support and resources they require to thrive academically and personally. * Make a Meaningful Impact: Become a catalyst for positive change, advocating for students with special educational needs and disabilities, and collaborating with a dedicated team to create an environment where they can flourish. * Lead with Passion and Expertise: Leverage your exceptional skills in SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health), and ADHD to guide the school's inclusive practices and empower both students and staff. * Embrace Diversity and Inclusion: Celebrate the unique strengths and perspectives of each student, fostering a culture of acceptance and belonging that celebrates diversity in all its forms. Preferred Requirements: * Possess a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education), demonstrating your commitment to excellence in the field of education. * Demonstrate extensive experience as a SENDCO, with a deep understanding of SEND, SEMH, and ADHD, and a proven track record of implementing effective strategies to support students. * Exhibit strong leadership skills, the ability to collaborate with a diverse team, and a passion for creating inclusive learning environments. * Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively liaise with students, parents, and fellow educators. * Possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to navigate complex administrative tasks, ensuring seamless coordination of SEND provision.
