A dedicated SEND team, including experienced teaching assistants and access to high-quality external provision

Clear progression routes, with investment in CPD including the NASENCo qualification (if not already held)About You: We are seeking a qualified teacher who:
Is an experienced SENDCo or an aspiring SEND leader with substantial classroom experience
Holds, or is willing to undertake, the National Award for SEN Coordination
Has a deep understanding of the SEND Code of Practice, EHCP processes and person-centred planning
Can lead and inspire staff, monitor progress rigorously, and develop high-impact interventions
Believes in every child’s right to a fully inclusive and ambitious educationAbout the School:

Role: Full Time SENDCo

Contract: Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR (depending on experience)
