Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR 2B (£5,351)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking to appoint a passionate, strategic, and experienced SENDCO to join our vibrant and inclusive inner-city primary school. What We’re Looking For We are looking for an experienced SENDCO who can lead strategically, advocate passionately for children with additional needs, and work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies. You will play a key role on our leadership team, driving the vision for SEND across the school and ensuring high-impact provision is in place.
Essential Criteria:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
National Award for SEN Coordination (or currently undertaking the qualification)
Substantial experience working with children with a range of SEND
Proven ability to lead SEND provision across a school
In-depth knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and related legislation
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
A commitment to inclusion and improving outcomes for all learnersDesirable:
Experience working in an inner-city, high-EAL setting
Leadership experience or previous TLR responsibility
Experience managing EHCP processes and leading multi-agency reviewsWhat We Offer
