Are you an experienced and passionate teacher with a commitment to supporting pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? We are seeking a SENDCo / Head of Access to Learning Faculty to lead and coordinate provision, ensuring every student is supported to reach their potential.

The Role - SENDCo / Head of Access to Learning Faculty
As SENDCo, you will:
Lead the strategic development of the school's SEN policy and provision
Coordinate day-to-day provision for pupils with SEND or a disability
Provide professional guidance to colleagues, parents, carers, and external agencies
Monitor and evaluate the quality of provision, ensuring inclusion across the school community
Oversee alternative learning provision and the effective deployment of support staff
Work closely with the leadership team to drive whole-school improvement and promote an inclusive ethosWhy Join Us?

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Significant experience working with pupils with SEND
