Senior Account Manager - Manufacturing Sector
Location: Huddersfield
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum + Company Bonus
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Account Manager to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Huddersfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional to play a key role in managing client relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a portfolio of key client accounts
Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and support
Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
Prepare account performance reports and contribute to strategic planning
Support the wider sales team with account development initiatives
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in account management, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
Commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
