Major Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing branding and creative services agency and they are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team to help develop and deliver outstanding nutritional products.

Position: Senior Account Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + annual bonus + excellent benefits
Private Health, Gym Membership, Flexitime, Sick pay, Pension, Generous Holiday entitlement, Company events.
Hybrid: 2 days wfh, early finish on Fridays
Flexitime 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm
Location: Surrey

Reporting directly to the Account Director, the Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing a select group of client accounts. This is a client facing role and you will be focused on delivering an excellent client experience through the journey of brand creation & the developing and manufacturing private label nutrition products.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, being the main point of client contact across a variety accounts, earning their trust and respect
Work with the NPD and Operations teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, and to exceed client expectations every step of the way
Lead client comms and host weekly/bi-weekly calls
Demonstrate organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring all internal processes are adhered to
Ensure forecast is a true and accurate representation of state of play
Provide insight to wider team through proactive research and knowledge of trends, keeping up to date with the latest industry trends
Work alongside the AD to proactively seek opportunities to growth client accounts, preparing proposal presentations and leading the discussions
As the key point of contact for the clients, you will develop, nurture and grow strong relationships. You'll also be responsible for quoting customers on their projects, as well as populating and continuously updating the company forecast in order to achieve monthly & annual targets.
Liaising between all departments, New Product Development, Supply Chain & Operations, you will be required to keep clients up to date with the status of their products from concept to launch, through to the manufacture & delivery of the goods.About you?

A natural contributor and creative problem solverWhat background and experience are the company looking for?
At least 3 years agency experience, preferably within the nutrition or cosmetics industry
Experience with packaging and/or print is preferred
Proven record managing projects efficiently, on-time and on-budget
Experience with agency project management processes, software and tools
Experience with project reporting, time sheets and analysis
Excellent skills in the usual MS Office software
Ideally, you will have a good knowledge of the nutrition industry.
