As a Senior Accountant, you'll attend to the financial affairs and provide niche, bespoke specialist advice to these high-profile clients. From day one, you will start building relationships and expand on your wider technical knowledge, with the potential to gain involvement complex advisory focused projects.
This is the ideal career move for a qualified professional with previous practice experience, seeking clear progression into Senior Manager level and beyond within a firm that has demonstrated on countless occasions its desire and willingness to move its people career forward.

Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of clients, taking responsibility for ensuring their accounts, corporate tax & VAT returns and any ad-hoc reporting is prepared to a high standard and on a timely basis
Work with the clients directly to understand their requirements and identify areas where more detailed advice may be required
Supervising a handful of juniors, developing and providing feedback to aid their professional development
Requirements:
A qualified accountant, ACA / ICAEW, ACCA or equivalent, as well as those deemed qualified by experience (QBE) with previous experience from within an accountancy practice
Previous experience of reviewing statutory and non-statutory accounts as well as VAT and corporation tax returns
Strong knowledge and application of software packages including Sage, QuickBooks or Xero
Excellent teamwork and organisational skills
