Are you a seasoned Accounts Assistant based in Dundee looking for your next role?

KBM are delighted to be working with a well-known accountancy practice with offices across the country. They are looking to welcome an experienced Accounts Assistant, who has previously worked within an accountancy firm to their team.

Key Responsibilities

  * Prepare annual accounts for limited companies, LLP’s and partnerships.

  * Prepare monthly/quarterly management information and forecasts for a range of clients

  * Prepare statutory financial statements and carry out independent examinations for charities and trusts

  * Attend and work at client premises, as necessary

  * Establish a professional and confident working relationship with clients.

  * Coaching and supporting junior members of the team on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  * ACCA/CA qualified or breadth of knowledge to equivalent level essential

  * Advanced accounts preparation experience and skills within a professional practice.

  * Familiar with cloud accounting packages including Xero and Sage.

  * Strong networking skills.

  * Sound technical knowledge with proactive approach to CPD.

  * Computer literate with experience of accounts production software desirable.
