Job Description
Unify HQ are currently recruiting for a Senior Accounts Manager to join a well-established company based in Portsmouth on a permanent basis. My client is looking for a qualified professional who will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights and can lead a small team.
The Role:
* Ensuring robust financial controls and improving internal processes
* Prepare management accounts, quarterly forecasts and budgets
* Oversee cashflow forecasting and ensure all balance reconciliations are accurate
* Identify and implement best practices in financial planning and analysis
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience within a similar role
* CIMA/ACCA qualified
* Strong technical accounting background with expertise in financial reporting
* Extensive managerial experience with ability to lead and develop the team
