Job Description

Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking for your next challenge? 

We're working with a fast growing Travel Management Company who are recruiting for a Senior Accounts Payable Executive to join a fast-paced finance team and play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supplier payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily supplier payment allocations and maintain the purchase ledger.

Reconcile creditor accounts and investigate outstanding balances.

Oversee intercompany reconciliations and ensure accurate recharge processes.

Perform corporate card and expense reconciliations.

Support BSP and settlement reconciliations across multiple stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with VAT, financial controls, and company policies.

Produce monthly reporting and analysis for finance leadership.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Finance operations.

Strong reconciliation and ledger management skills.

Experience handling intercompany transactions.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Confident communicator with strong Excel skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
