Senior Administrator (Bids & Tenders)
My client is a Multifaceted construction and civils company based in Northern Ireland. Due to an increase in work, we are looking for a Senior Administrator to join the company.
Responsibilities
* End-to-end bid process including PQQ and tender submissions
* Managing client documentation from initial receipt through to Final submission
* Setting up internal tender folders
* Overseeing all portal activity such as clarification, uploads and submissions
* Ensure that all deadlines are monitored and Bid submissions are accurate, complete and issued on time
Education and qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and other construction-related software
Background
You will need to experience in a similar Administrator role within the construction sector..
Salary and package details
* Salary range £28k-£35k
* Packages include health insurance, pension, bonuses, ongoing training.
