We are delighted to be supporting an established organisation in their search for a talented Senior Administrator to support them on a temporary ongoing basis. You will be hands on in the HR department supporting the HR Advisor and Manager with ER, policies, support the payroll department and potentially deal with any queries etc. This is a very busy role within the HR department.
Senior Administrator
* Assisting with collating and inputting the monthly payroll for employees across 3 PAYE schemes, circa 200 employees maintaining the Payroll/HRIS.
* Administer Monthly pension contributions.
* Prepare draft contracts, variation letters, employee references.
* Recruitment onboarding and preparing offer letters/ salary letters / replies.
* Keeping licences correct and insurances up to date.
* Updating attendance management process
* Health & Safety admin, updating databases.
* First line of advice/point of contact
* Overseeing the HR Shared email Inbox
Senior Administrator - about you-
* Solid experience in an Administration role, ideally within a multi brand or group structure.
* Strong knowledge of Administration, working autonomously.
* Confident in handling GDPR and Administration
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Based in Grantham the Senior Administrator is an office based role that can consider hybrid options of working from home 1-2 days per week or flexibility with working hours Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 5.30pm and Friday finish 5.00pm This role can start immediately so you must be available for temporary work.
