Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including managing schedules, organising meetings, and preparing documents. Oversee office operations and ensure efficient workflow, including managing office supplies and coordinating with vendors. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures. Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the charity or non-profit sector.
