Senior Architect - Aviation Sector Location: London/Heathrow Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 (dependent on experience) + car allowance Our prestigious architecture client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join their dynamic team, focusing on exciting projects within the aviation sector. If you excel in design, technical detailing and specification writing-especially with experience related to Heathrow or Gatwick standards-this is the opportunity for you! About the Role: As a Senior Architect, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, regulated projects within an innovative, multi-disciplinary environment. Your experience in the aviation sector will be invaluable as you collaborate with teams to produce detailed architectural designs and solutions that meet rigorous standards. Key Responsibilities: Design and specify all aspects of Architecture per current guidelines, standards, regulations and project deliverables Contribute to the development and mentoring of junior staff Manage Architectural involvement in multi-disciplinary projects, including time, cost, quality and client relationship management and delivery Champion quality and compliance controls within local teams and projects Why Apply? Senior Architect Requirements: Must be a Registered Architect (RIBA/ARB) Proven experience delivering projects within the aviation sector, with a thorough understanding of Heathrow and/or Gatwick standards Significant expertise in design, technical detailing and specification writing Ability to organise a team to develop designs from RIBA 0 through 7 High attention to detail and strong technical capabilities Proficiency in Autodesk Revit 3D software is essential Applicants must be willing and able to obtain security clearance (valid UK Passport required).
