Key responsibilities of the Senior Architect:

What they're looking for in a Senior Architect
·ARB Part 3 qualified with 7+ years' experience as a Project Architect in the UK.
·Revit, AutoCAD, and NBS expertise with top-notch technical and detailing skills.
·Strong knowledge of UK Building & Planning regulations, plus contract administration experience.
·A proactive, organised leader who thrives managing multiple workstreams.
·Experience with heritage/conservation is a bonus - enthusiasm for quality design is essential!
