In this Senior Architect role, you will be hands-on playing a pivotal role in the delivery of a wide variety of exciting and high-profile projects from day one - taking the lead through all RIBA stages whilst contributing to a positive, creative and high-performing team environment

Senior Architect Requirements

This practice is seeking an ambitious and technically accomplished individual who brings both expertise and enthusiasm to everything they do. The ideal candidate will have:

RIBA/ARB Chartered Architect
	
A minimum of 8-10 years' experience within the UK Architecture industry
	
A strong and established understanding of UK Building Regulations, materials and construction methods
	
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other industry-standard CAD software
	
Experience leading projects within the bespoke Residential sector
	
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
	
Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
